Program Overview
The focus of this one-day conference will be to educate family law practitioners on the implications and factors of relocation with or without consent. The panelists of speakers will explore factors such as relocation and custody, cases with domestic violence and IPV, as well as what do you do if a parent abducts a child internationally. This training will also explore how to develop parenting plans with relocation cases, and discuss judicial perspectives when dealing with relocation, and what is used to determine if a child should or should not relocate in family law matters.
Panel of Speakers for the day include but not limited to: Arnold Shienvold, Ph.D., Risa Garon, LCSW-C, BCD, CFLE, Leah Ramirez, JD, and other family law professionals.
